Hi, I’m Donna, founder of Root & Nourish Skin, which is launching December 2026. I was drawn to esthetics by the connection between nurturing the skin and caring for the whole person. I believe skincare can be both results-focused and restorative—supporting healthy skin while creating space to slow down, reconnect, and feel cared for. My approach to skincare is rooted in intention, nourishment, and thoughtful customization. Cancellation Policy
At Root & Nourish Skin, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide you with a personalized, uninterrupted experience.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will incur a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price.
Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and authorize Root & Nourish Skin to charge applicable fees to your payment method on file.
